What Makes The Crosstraining Club different?
  • The Crosstraining Club workouts are circuit training classes. The one hour class incorporates sets of resistance exercise ( body weights, free weights, weight machines, dumbbells, bands, etc.) with sets of cardiovascular exercise ( treadmill, rowing machine, cardio drills, spin bike,etc.). The classes are different every day. Circuit training is a creative and flexible way to keep exercise interesting. A one hour circuit training class is effective, efficient, and fun!

What Age Group are Members?
  • Our clients range in age from 12 to 75. Our typical average age is 40 to 50.

Will I Be Able to Keep Up or are the Club Members Young Hard-Bodies That Will Make Me Look Foolish?
  • Our professional CTC trainers adapt the routine for each individual. They monitor and motivate each client gradually. They believe each individual has a unique starting point and encourage appropriate progress.

Who Are The Crosstraining Staff?
  • CTC employs the top personal trainers in the area. These professionals are dedicated to using their education and experience to help you achieve your fitness goals. Some credentials include Masters and Bachelor degrees in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. They also have experience providing strength conditioning for college athletics, fitness and many industry certifications and awards.


How Long Are Classes?
  • A CTC trainer will give you personal instruction and motivation through a fun one-hour workout that is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals.


May I Visit As A Guest?
  • Yes! Guest Fees are $20.00 that will be applied to your membership when you join.


What Progress Should I Expect?
  • After 3 months of strength exercise, a typical adult will lose 4 pounds of fat weight while eating 15 percent more calories.


How Does Strength Training Affect Metabolism?
  • The average adult will add 3 pounds of lean muscle after 2 months of strength training. This added muscle will increase the calories your body burns at a resting rate and even more dramatically increase the amount burned during your workouts.
